Shipping:

Ground shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:*

Orders under $50.00 are $6.95
Orders between $50.00 and $100.00 are $7.95
Orders between $100.00 and $150.00 are $8.95
Orders between $150.00 and $200.00 are $10.95
Orders over $200.00 are $10.95

* These prices do not include oversized items. Some of our items are too large to ship common carrier and will require the use of a freight company.
If this is the case, we will notify you of any additional charges before your order ships. Freight charges for those orders will be quoted on an individual basis.

We ship many of our products outside of the United States. For shipping charges outside of the continental US, please email shipping@friendlymedical.com for a quote.

In the unlikely event your order is damaged or defective, please contact FriendlyMedical within 72 hours so we can correct the problem ASAP. Please email service@friendlymedical.com or call toll free 866-530-5323.

Sales Tax:
Orders shipped outside the State of Texas, will not be charged sales tax. There is an 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped within the State of Texas.

Payment Options:
Payment options that are available include M/C, Visa, A/E, Discover, Cash, Check, PayPal, and Purchase Orders (with approved credit). Please call us to open your account today. FriendlyMedical reserves the right to request additional information, and or phone / verbal verification on all credit card purchases. Please allow 10 business days for personal checks to clear the bank.

Returns:
All returns must have prior return authorization from FriendlyMedical.

We ship some products with "free shipping' or "shipping included". Please understand that this is for purchases that are not returned. The original shipping charges, plus restocking fees will be deducted from all returns.

Within 30 days of your invoice date, you may return your purchase*. All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you refuse delivery of your order, there is a 25% restocking fee. Items must be complete, in the original box, with all original packing and instruction manuals enclosed. Returned items must be in "like new" condition. You are responsible for packaging your return. If your item arrives in other than "like new" condition, additional charges will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for shipping charges back to us. We recommend insuring your shipment and using a shipper that provides tracking so you can check the status of your return. There are absolutely, no returns after 30 days of your invoice date.

* Many of the items we sell are manufactured to your specifications. These are considered Custom or Special Order Items. When you choose the color, size, fabric type, etc, These are Special Order Items. Returnable Special Order Items carry a 35% restocking fee. Some Special Order Items cannot be returned. If you are unsure, please ASK BEFORE YOU ORDER, if your item can be returned.

* Any Medical, Orthopedic, Clothing, or Bedding products can only be returned if the box has not been opened. Custom cut items including mats, shower and privacy curtains are non returnable. Mattresses are not returnable.

If you need to return an item, please email returns@friendlymedical.com. Include your Order #, Item #, and reason for your return request. We do not give Return Authorization Numbers over the phone.
